CERFIS - TREEC takes care to skill advance and  know-how transfer of seismic engineering thematics to the region making public the acquired experiences in the revitalization, reconstruction and restoration fields at national and international wide. 

The CERFIS-TREEC works to train the knowledge of seismic engineering at different wide

• the operator on the demand, supply, and control fields;
• the engineer professionals;
• undergraduates, newly-graduates, master students and PhD candidates. 

The direct action on the region and on the construction industry operators characterized the immediate plan played by CERFIS. In particular, the Center directs its action to the diffusion of people sensitization and involvement to develop a sustainable preservation of the region and the historical heritage, and the change of training experiences that have to be used to recover and to preserve the same heritage.

The CERFIS-TREEC works through changes of either international and local experiences to the sensitization and comparison, between the Institutions and the Centers of Investigation, of the training methodologies adopted to form theoretically and practically the workers. 

The CERFIS-TREEC, taking into account the different environmental conditions of region struck by the seismic events, puts forward a "school of being able to do", points out the workers which have done same experiences and can compare their activities; points out the think factory being developed the requalification of human resource working in this sector of the training of new people, fundamental wether to the planning or executive actions.

The CERFIS-TREEC through the creation of a web with other either national or international academic institutions working in the same field (EUCRENTE, RELUIS, ICCROM, MCEER, EERC, etc.) actuates all intellectual resources necessary to train the workers to employ in the protection of monumental heritage, likewise organizes  the working force to intervene on the minor heritage.
